Dr. Mahmoud M. Tuli is a holder of MD degree from the University of Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, and MSc degree in Medical Biophysics of University of Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom. He did his residency training in Nuclear medicine at University of Indianapolis. Indiana USA and he obtained American Board of Nuclear Medicine (ABNM). 1988.
Dr Tuli has worked as consultant in nuclear medicine in Kuwait (1989 to 2003) then in United Arab Emirates (2003 -2007) before joining King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, (KFSH&RC), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as Nuclear Medicine Consultant in the Department of Radiology (2007).
Dr. Tuli has served as section head of nuclear medicine, Department of Radiology at KFSR&RC. Riyadh. He is passionate in teaching radiology residents and Nuclear Medicine Fellows and in January 2013 he was appointed as Director of Nuclear Medicine Fellowship Training Program. Dr. Tuli has done many research works published in peer reviewed journals and his areas of research interest include the application of Nuclear Medicine in cardiology, oncology and endocrinology.
